How we maintain and monitor Trusted Businesses

• We keep in close contact with the businesses we partner with.
• The businesses are required to qualify and renew their contracts every year.
• Trusted has a 'Mystery Shopper program' – where we randomly choose businesses and check to make sure they are upholding their obligations.
• We have a dispute resolution process that is hands on and effective.
• If a Trusted business does not uphold the TRUSTED GUARANTEES they will be given the opportunity to put it right, if they do not they will be removed immediately.
